PROVIDING FAMILES IMPACTED BY SUDDEN BRAIN INJURY WITH SUPPORT    HOPE CONNECTIONS

We are a proud partner with the Brain Health Collective and primarily focus on providing social events and support groups for those impacted by a sudden brain injury.  We have informational care packages that are distributed at local hospitals and rehabilitation centers to raise awareness of our organization and the Brain Health Collective.

We advocate at state and local levels to acquire additional funding and resources for sudden brain injury survivors and their families. In addition, we award scholarships and provide financial assistance to impacted families.
